Keep everything about their care in one place.
A free personal account for families and the people they care for. Track medications, daily check-ins, and conditions, keep a journal, and share it with the relatives who help.
We will use your email only to let you know when accounts open. Free to start. In return, you agree to let us use what you enter with identifying details removed. Read why.
What you can do with a free account
Use it for yourself, a parent, a partner, or anyone you look after. One account can hold more than one person.
The people you care for
Add a parent, a partner, or yourself. Each person gets their own record, so nothing gets mixed up.
Medications and reminders
Set up each medication with its schedule and mark doses taken or skipped. Get an email when a dose is due.
Daily check-ins
Answer a few plain-language questions about everyday tasks, from walking and bathing to meals and paperwork. Look back over recent check-ins.
Conditions and diagnoses
Keep a running list with your own notes, so the details are on hand at the next appointment.
A journal
Write down how the day went, questions for the doctor, or anything you want to remember.
Your family circle
Invite relatives to a person's record and choose whether each one can view, edit, or manage it.
How it works
When accounts open, there is no approval process and no setup call.
Create your account
Sign up with your email and a password.
Add the person you care for
Fill in as much or as little as you like. You can add medications, conditions, and a first check-in whenever you are ready.
Invite your family
Optional. Bring in relatives so everyone is looking at the same information.
Your information, plainly
What happens to what you enter, and why the account is free.
Who can see it
- Only the people you invite to a person's circle can see what you enter.
- A care agency does not see it, even if your loved one receives services from an agency that uses PredictiCare.
- Names, contact details, journal entries, and notes are encrypted before they are stored.
- Reminder emails never include a name or a medicine.
- You can download a copy of everything, or delete your account, at any time.
Why it is free
PredictiCare is free to start. In return, you agree that the care information you enter may be used, in a form that does not identify you or the person you care for, to improve PredictiCare and to build and test models that support better care.
It is not sold, and it is not shared with any agency.
You will see this agreement in full, and agree to it, before you create an account. The Terms and Privacy Notice for personal accounts will be published here before accounts open.
Coming soon
The free account is where we are starting. These come next. We have not set dates or prices.
Wearables and in-home devices
Connect devices around the home to keep a closer watch on a loved one and see what is happening as it happens. Planned as an optional paid plan.
Updates from a care agency
If your loved one's care agency uses PredictiCare, you will be able to link your account and see selected updates from the agency: care notes, daily living records, and flags. What you enter will still stay out of the agency's view.
Questions
Is it really free?
It is free to start. In return, you agree to let us use what you enter, with identifying details removed, as described above. A paid plan with connected devices is planned, and the free account does not need it.
Can I delete my information?
Yes. You can download everything you can see in your account and delete the account from inside the app, or erase a single person's records. You can also turn off the data-use agreement at any time. Because the agreement is a condition of the free account, turning it off pauses the account: you can still view and download your information, but nothing new can be added and reminders stop.
Is this medical advice? Can I use it in an emergency?
No. A personal account is a place to record and organize care information. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor anyone, and it is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911. Reminders are sent on a best-effort basis, so do not rely on them as your only safeguard.
Can I use it for myself?
Yes. Use it for yourself, a parent, a partner, or anyone you look after.
Is this the same as my loved one's agency portal?
No. A personal account is separate from any agency software. If an agency already gave you access to PredictiCare, keep using that sign in: app.predicticare.health.
Who runs it?
PredictiCare LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Texarkana, Texas. We also make visit management and scheduling software for home-care agencies. About us.
